I have worked on projects as diverse as new mines, software procurements, airport redevelopments and significant changes to legislation. Projects have including the largest procurement in Queensland Government history and the largest ICT procurement in Queensland Government history. I have learnt lessons I can apply to your idea.

My approach is first to understand and then advise. Too many consultants ignore the need to understand problems thoroughly before they offer solutions. I have a process to identify issues which helps me, but also most often helps the organisation clarify their thinking. After this process, we build a strategy together and develop the appropriate tactics.
